1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be accepted if:
- Requested within 3 days of purchase of Digital Product i.e. E-Books , Video Courses
- Less than 10% of course content has been accessed in case of Video Courses.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Course completion exceeds allowed viewing limits.
- Certificates have been issued.
- Course content has been extensively downloaded.
- Courses were purchased under non-refundable promotions
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will:
- Be processed within 7–14 business days
- Be issued via the original payment method
4. Refund Request Procedure

- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for refund
